Cant be ars3d reading a rant --> Im fat, want liposuction information, help me, aware that exercise will be cheaper, thanks

Hi, going unregistered for this but ive been around boards for about 6months now

I'm 22(male), and since moving out of home a few years ago(4) ive become REALLY fat, i used to be quiet 'stocky' looking, but now im just plain fat, for some reason ive stopped my swimming nights that always seemed to keep me in shape, main reason for going to these nights was to get away from family, and since ive been living with my girlfriend i seem to have lost complete interest in going.

Anyway, dont want to turn this into a rant, just looking for some information on liposuction in ireland.
Im from the south / south east so anywhere down here would be perfect, Dublin etc would also be fine.

Any help you can give is very much appricated, especailly past expierences(unlikely i'm thinking)

(im well aware that if i get up off my arse and go swimming or whatever again it'll sort me out but with the 'condition' of my body i dont feel at all confident doing it)

wots liposuction gonna do for ya.. the weight will just come back on if u dont change your eating habits and get some exercise..

liposuction is the easy way out.. you dont have to go swimmin to loose weight,, go for walks, join a gym.. get off ur ass!!

    Fatboy,

Honesty, just go for fast walks for 1 hour or similar.... everyday! The more mass you are carrying the easier it is for you to lose it. Honestly! What is your mass in Kgs or weight in stone? If you are anywhere between 12-15 or above stone you will burn energy just carrying it as you walk. Try to eat less fatty stuff swop even for popcorn... get an mp3 player or write down the times you walked... it makes you see your progress and gives encouragement. Post here for questions and tell us how you get on. Really, it's worth it!

I've noticed that since i started walking to my mates all the time instead of the bus, i feel whole lot better.

Just get a mp3 cd dicsman. It'll help make the walk seem faster and more enjoyable.

Here is the one i bought.

Yes, as clownboy points out, if you can walk to work everyday all the better. ie, Myself I'm 30 mins walk away. So I'd get 60 mins in each day for that. Also I get to walk with workmates for 30 minutes at lunchtime for a roll etc.

It's going to be hard work either way.

I mean, you're gonna have to work loads to pay for it anyway, so you might as well spend that tiem swimming/running/something else.

liposuction isn't a great solution, as your body will still be unhealthy, if a little smaller.

"for some reason" - come on, if you want something in life you have to work at it.

Better off working it off in the gym than the office IMO. (o:

Just cause they suck out the fat cells, doesn't make your heart strong or blood pressure down.

By walk and building up a sweat you are putting a thing strain on your heart which helps it. Also you will be getting rid of toxins outta the body.

I'd say if you wanna get anything done, get clonicirragtion (spelling?). Basically having a tube instead into your ass which flush out your body. Your body could be storing 7 pounds of waste and it would remove the sluggish feeling.

Its meant to be only €80 in Dublin.

Just start walking and keep it up!!

Fatboy , I have the same problem, I am18 stone and like yourself though as you said I have a stocky frame . However I mean walking etc. can cut down on all the weight, liposuction is no use as the others pointed out, watch what you eat also. I was a waist 36 then I went to a 38 then a 40, then back to a 38 and now as a result in the run up to Xmas I am now waist 40 again! (I am not prpoud of this)

PM Me and maybe I can give you advice on what I did, dunno about others but I might be able to help with the way I lost weight!

    Even dancing in nightlubs etc...

If its weight loss you want and not lipo then a proper intelligent diet is what you need. Don't go for those bullshit fad diets.

A proper balanced diet will help you lose weight. I've lost 22lbs since November and gone from a 36 to a 32inch waist. All you need is patience and to be headstrong and it will work. Should be a 30inch waist by the start of february, which is all good.

Trouble is I have to buy a load of new clothes. OH NO. :D

If you don't want to do this and prefer the lazy route of lipo then consult the crowd I've linked you too. Enjoy the pain afterwards though and the fact that you'll still have fat deposits on your face and ass and legs if you only get lipo from your tummy.

true, the fat will still be lying around the heart and other major organs clogging them up!

clownboy - that is colonic irrigation - watering the colon. It wouldn't really be a long term solution though colonic irrigation does feel good afterwards, it's more a weekly form of feeling fresh. 80 euro is rather expensive for such a service.

Special prize goes to yellum for actually answering the original poster correctly in his first post.

What's the difference between a colonic irrigation and an enema?
