Just wondering what speeds (both up and down) current IBB users are achieving. I rang up tech support today and yesterday as i have NO upload speed worth speaking of, a 56k modem would be 10 times faster.

    Currently i can average:
    downstream: 23kb's
    upstream: 0.1-0.2 kb's

it's been working great for me lately. for ages pings and download speeds were great sometimes, alright other times and not so good a bit of the time. but over the past 2 weeks it's been perfect. ALL pings have been good and haven't got a average download speed of less than about 30KBytes/sec.

    here's a ping now to www.jolt.co.uk

i did notice however that kazaa is working rubbish though. i never use it anymore but i tried once r twice and i was only getting about 0.5KBs when the rest of the net was working fine at about 50KBs. would u know of any reason for this?

if you are using kazaa lite, it's slowly going down the toilet thanks to the people who make kazaa shutting it down. i've not noticed any real difference though yet, so don't quote me on that definately being the cause.

Yep. I occasionally use limewire (3.6.15) and I'm typically getting <1k/sec. Do you think IBB may be filtering traffic?
