Digital SLR, reuse lenses?

I own a Nikon SLR camera, and have bought some useful matching lenses over the years.

Now I want to buy a Digital SLR, but really would like to reuse my lens set.

Are there any digital cameras that take my Nikon lenses? And what about focal length, I have read somewhere that D-SLR are different in that respect. Would my trusty 28-200 AF zoom be doing the same thing attached to a digital?

    Thanks for any advise.

Nikon have a DSLR That'll take the lenses so do Kodak. They're expensive but SO worth it. I have a Canon. Focal length magnifier is 1.6 which means having to spend a little extra on a wide angle lens

If I understand correctly, my existing Nikon 28-200 zoom would become a 45-320 when attached to a Nikon or Kodak DSLR?

Then I would indeed need another extra wide lens to get my 28mm option back.

If I need a new lens anyway I wonder if trying to stick with my existing set is such a good idea, anybody out there who has done this and is happy with the performance of the lenses on a Nikon/Kodak DSLR?

It's as simple as looking at what product-line of lenses they are (eg, my Canon ones are 'EF'), then looking at what product-line the various Nikon DSLR's take. It'll always be in the description.

The Fuji digital SLR also takes the Nikon lenses.
I think it's called an S4 Pro or something similar.
