File i can't delete

i tried to download bit torrent with my download manager internet download manager and it had caught the wrong file which is only 12k in size and now it won't go away i can't get it in recycle bin or anything piccy

it didn't catch the wrong file, i probably didn't download it whole?

or maybe the site had antileech on

if you double clicked it, maybe explorer is using it, sometimes i have the same problem

does it say that it can't delete because of the file is being used?

restart and then drag and drop file into the recycle bin

lol i just tried to delete it now and it went into the bin no problems lol
