    Hey all,

I have a small problem with FlyBMI.

On Monday I attempted to purchase a flight from Heathrow to Dublin, I received an error messgae telling me that the session timed out before I had a chance to enter my credit card details and address etc, so I gave up as I was in work and quite busy. Later in the day I tried again and once again I was unsuccesful, this time the error message read 'Unable to verify flights - please try again'. At this stage I figured it was time to give up, I thought BMI might have been updating the site or something along those lines. So I went off to Aerlingus.com and booked a flight with them instead (for £20 extra - I didn't mind paying it as I was just frustrated with BMI)

However yesterday I found that BMI have charged me for a flight, which I was never able to book, The only time I entered my credit card details was when just before I was told ''Unable to verify flights - please try again' - This flight cost €92, I was charged €92 on my card.

I didn't recieve a booking number or confirmation or anything of the sort.

So I called BMI looking for my money back, I was told that I would have to talk to their Refunds Department. Now here is the real iceing on the cake, to 'improve' Customer relations BMI do not let their Refunds Department take phone calls! I was instructed to leave a message on the Refunds Department's voicemail, which I did believing someone would call me back (ooh how niave I am!). I was also given a fax number and email address (no reply from these either!) So I called up today demanding to speak to a manager and was told all the lines were busy and that I should try again later!

Can anyone tell me what my rights are in this case?
