not sure about that one, but it is possible to orgasm without ejaculation, that's one of the tricks you learn if you get into tantric
the point been that as long as you don't ejaculate you can go on to have multiple orgasms

Most men do it several times a week, often in their sleep as the body disposes of excess semen. From time to time your urine will be "cloudy" - this is semen in the urine.
