    - Schneider TM
Dirk Dresselhaus, aka Schneider TM brings a singer-songwriter sensibility to the ambitions of a sonic explorer. Dirk calls it 'chemical listening,' being
able to hear layers of ear-teasing, soul tickling sounds, threaded personal
beliefs and hopes. The more you listen, the more you discover.

Schneider TM's 'Binokular' split mini album with long time musical foil and
fellow band member KPT. Michi.Gan paved the way. Its stellar track 'The
Light 3000,' breath-taking cover of The Smiths' 'There Is A Light That Never Goes Out', is perfectly pitched, coolly glistening electronica which deftly counterpoints the yearning, emotional recklessness of Morrissey's lyrics. 'The Light 3000' quickly spread virus like, appearing everywhere from Rough Trade's genre-defining Electronica 01 compilation to John Peel's Festive 50 (where it came in at number 8 as voted by listeners).

Dirk's recent full length album Zoomer, harnesses a sublimely modern depth of musical vision to the hard won wisdom of life experience. "Two of my biggest influences are Lou Reed and Daniel Johnston," Dirk admits. "I was always influenced by lyricists who used really simple words because I
understood them best. Put simple words together and make the meaning clear."

Since the release of 'Zoomer', Schneider TM has also remixed the likes of
Lambchop, The Faint, Lamb and Pulseprogramming, traveled to the US for a
nationwide tour with The Faint and Les Savy Fav, the band were also one of
the headliners at Sonar 2003 in Barcelona, have recently finished touring
continental Europe as well as Brazil......and this this December, Schneider
TM will be playing live in Cork and Dublin, Ireland immediately following a
full uk tour and the recording of a new Peel Session for John Peel and BBC
    Radio 1.

    Christ
Much like his namesake, Christ has been shrouded with the kind of mystery and rumour mongering thats worthy of the richest biblical mythology.

Christ has been one of the most revolutionary figures within the Scottish
electronic music scene since the mid 90's with his work with Boards of Canada.

Christ continues the theme of nostalgic and psychedelic structures within
the loose boundaries of electronic music, washing his ideas with a haze of
atmosphere and layers of emotive, evocative sound.

2002 saw Christ headline Japan's 'Metamorphose' festival playing to over
30,000 people alongside Green Velvet. He performed at this year's Sonar and was hailed as one of the highlights of the festival.

Christ full-length album 'Metamorphic Reproduction Miracle' is out now.
'anxiety, apprehension and organised chaos combine to make this the first
classic of 2003' The Wire, 2003 Christ has played live sessions for the Breezeblock, John Peel and Radio Magnetic amongst others.
