Appraisal form

I've been asked to complete an end of year self appraisal form in work. I'm only in my job about six months so there's not an awful lot to put in (I'm milking it as it is).

There is one section which asks for "Areas for improvement/development". Suggestions for this would be appreciated as I haven't a breeze what to put in here...

    Cheers.

Are these areas where they ask you to make suggestions on the operation of the company, or areas where you think you need to improve?
For example, if you are a techie, then suggesting that you need some Cisco training to improve your ability to work on switches and routers may be the order of the day.
