    It's a sequel (the third actually). Haven't seen any of them yet but I've heard good things.

    Ju-on (TV movie), Ju-on 2 and then Ju-On: The Grudge. AFAIK there's another one "Ju-on: The Grudge 2" aswell. My copy of Ju-On (the original) is on it's way a while now (stupid slow post!) :)
