printer problems

ever since my upgrade to panther my printer hasnt worked properly, its a lexmark Z602? all it does for some reason is print the last page then stop!! cant any update drivers or anything, but then im new to mac, ne help appreciated guys.

I use a HP printer myself but the principles are similar. Check in /applications/utilities where you should find the printer utility. Go through the options provided and make sure you haven't set it to print only the last page or a specific page number. Do the same from the app your printing from.

This utility will also inform you of any unprinted docs waiting in the spool and any problems they encountered.

Also ensure you have installed the Lexmark printer drivers from the Panther Install Disc 2. Try also d/ling the latest update for panther - 10.3.1 I think.
