"Niall and his band are touring to promote their new album "As Tomorrow Creeps from the East", which has been well received by the critics and the punters alike. They have pretty much retired the "Token Mellow Band" moniker, and are currently trading as Niall Connolly plus Band.

Can you do better?

We're challenging you to come up with a name for Niall's band. You can submit any name, no matter how bizarre or irreverent, so long as it's original and not being used by an existing band. The winner will be selected by the Niall on the 22nd of December, and will be announced on http://www.musician.ie.

We have no idea what the prize is yet, but as musician.ie is in debt, we can pretty much guarantee it will be cheap, tacky and in very bad taste. The band is under no obligation to adopt the winning band name! Closing date for entries is the 19th of December. Send your entry to the webmaster using the online form in the Contact area of the website."
