Digital Camera Choice - which of these four?

So far these have been picked out purely on price range(Max €300 inc shipping)

Use: Im not big into photography, but the camera would get a reasonable bit of regular use. My hobby is modified cars so a lot of use would be in relation to that - either shows & events relating to that(so some would be action/motion shots) and work im doing on my own car, but also use when on holidays etc.

Im swaying towards either the Minolta F200 or the Kodak DX4530 due to their smaller size. The Kodak has a relatively large built in memory of 32mb. The Kodak can also use either MMC cards or SD cards which could prove useful as an MP3 player I have ordered uses MMC cards also and I will be getting a 256mb card for that anyway.

From what you've posted I would go with the Kodak DX 4530 for the following Kodak have better support (web) and the specs seem to be very good for the price.

Bit late lads, sorry!

Ive since decided on and ordered The Minolta Dimage F200 from NY-Camera.net

I used reviews on DPReview.com and others.

It has as good a spec and better in some areas than the s404 and s414 and is a hell of a lot smaller.

And I couldnt see much better with the Kodak, in most specs, and some specs which would more suit my needs were better on the F200, and its much smaller which is important to me, hence I decided on it.

Sending my CC details to them later and it should ship tomorrow!

The S414 is cheaper, has a 4x optical zoom and yes it is bigger but imho I find that many of the digital cameras are simply too small and make them difficult to manage.

Where do you find it cheaper than the F200?

The F200 is €272 +s/h and the S414/404 is €274. - Both on NY-Camera.net

And the F200 has 3x optical, the extra in 4x doesnt bother me THAT much.
