There's another board here . It's hard to call. They're fighting it on a copyright basis that non-EU members aren't allowed sell copyrighted amterial within the EU without the copyright owners permission. But then that opens a whole can of worms.

I hope they lose big time. As I said on the other board - IRMA can stick it up their ass. I saw a Ween cd, manufactured in the USA, on sale in HMV for €44.99 last night.

CD Universe - €14.99
HMV.co.uk - £17.99
Tower.co.uk - £9.41

If they win, it'll just push people towards file sharing. We all know we're being ripped off in the shops. I mean, how can anyone justify €45 for a single feckin cd?
