You might want to edit the poll so people can vote for more than one option at a time & add in the remote control and the remote link..

I had fair amount of probs in first year, when 3 Pace digiboxes died, but then I got me a Panasonic (thanks to the fact that it's my job) which has not given any bother. I have never had to realign my dish though it's pretty sheltered.

Cr3m0: A week was rather quick if it was Sky who done the realignment! Where I work, we usually do repairs/realignments within a few days, though there can be times when it just may not be possible (not too often though)

how about the no problems option

i have had no problems besides the old digibox that is nearly dying

This definately needs a no problems option.

    1 Sky+ box - no problems
1 Panasonic box - no problems
1 Grundig box - no problems

I have discovered that when you get a service date from sky and you ring Finleys (044 43743) with the ref nr, they will bring it forward. I got this info from a sky engineer

I agree we should have a no problems option for hardware. I have had no problems with the equipment in the last 3 years. You may consider an option for poor after sales support.

Gotta say I have never had any problems with Sky, or with Sky equipment.

I'll change the poll slightly, for those who have had no issues and wot the Capt'n said.
