Weird Dial Tone

    Anyone get this weird dial tone?

    Its like a looping do do do :)

    Bit weird, anyone know whats up with it?

    After dialing and making a call its fine for me, even the net.

    One of my other friends has it too but says for voice calls can hear another weird noise.

    Sounds like you have eircom voicemail turned on and there's a message waiting!

    Did you specifically request call answering from Eircom? You are aware that Eircom will bill you for this service right?

    yup have had the call answering for ages just the tone thats different. Never did ask for it in the begining tho, just handy now for calls that don't get through when I'm on the net.
