    -100% SLA

For what? The power I understand, but what does this item refer to?

Thanks for pointing that out. It should have read:
    -100% SLA on IP (connection)

How much for an additional 1U?

Additional U's are the standard rate: € 125 ex vat, this offer is a promotional one and applies to 1U servers only, with 1 power socket and 100% SLA on power and IP.

    Nice one.

BTW, I notice the 100% SLAs. A word of warning; when basing your SLAs on your suppliers SLAs, make sure that your suppliers actually pay out - maybe ask your supplier for customers that have been paid on SLA outages. Everyone has outages, that's what the SLA is for; if they deny that, go elsewhere.

It's a real pain to pay out a few customers for an SLA breach because your supplier screwed up, and then makes up some quibble as an excuse not to honour the SLA.
