Two Towers Extended Edition

So what's the deal with the easter eggs on this? The US one apparently has Gollum's MTV Movie Awards acceptance speech, but Europe got stiffed again?

The extras seem kinda nice. A little more cohesive than the first extended edition, which seemed to be a wee bit random. These seem like there's been some serious thought put into how the extras should be structured. And Gollum's bloopers are terrifying.

I'm honestly afraid to tackle the 16 hours of commentaries.

But anyway - anyone know what happened to our easter eggs?

I dunno why they left the MTV bit out again. I ordered the region 1 version anyway, it's gotten better reviews than the region 2.

It's to do with MTV's distribution rights. That's why the MTV parody wasn't on fellowship either.

Any info on exactly what these are? I'd be very curious to find out the details, especially since the MTV spoof appeared on both the US and European versions of Matrix Reloaded.

I don't have a link, sorry... That was the reason given last year when Fellowship came out and I read it then. I hadn't realised the Matrix disc had MTV material on it...
