Hi Guys

Got the letter telling me i needed to get both boxes on the one telephone line, fair enough. I rang sky to see what can be done and i got through to an operator, a lady. She told me that sky engineers would not extend my telephone line to go down stairs to the living room so i rang eircom to get a quote.

i then rang sky back to see if i was going to have to pay double for my extra box and would you believe it, the guy told me they would install and run the line and FREE OF CHARGE! Obviously the rules are made up as they go along but i can't complain at all as i was expecting to pay and they can do it on Friday.

Very unlike sky i must say, prompt and helpfull. I was wondering if anyone else had a similair probelm.
