    Yeah i've been meaning to sort that out, can anyone with html skillz tell me how to change the links so as they open in the same window?

    Don't put target="_blank" in your <a href...> tags.

    By the way, that clock of yours isn't JAVA as you say. It's JavaScript - which is completely and utterly different from Java in everything but a similarity in the name.

    i made that page bout 3 years ago, didnt realise i hadnt changed it....
