I didn't see any mention of this here before so here it is: Nokia multimedia convertor You have to register on the site to d/l it but beyond that it's the freest and easiest way I've come accross to convert most any movie to .3gp.

I got it on CD with my 3650. I prefer movies that are .rm, better quality...a bit larger in file-size though! .rm convertors can be found everywhere.
