    a quick one, just been offered a Mac G 4 867, without superdrive about 10 months old. €1500 does that sound fair?

    sounds good. I have a G4 powerbook 800MHz which is a fab machine, and the one you're buying is more recent model. How much RAM? What size drive?

    Check the display for dead / stuck pixels. There's a utility which will do this for you which can be found here
