    :(

Whats with them all of a sudden?? I'm confused here and it bugs me.

I'm sure you know the ones I'm talking about. They are silver neck bracelets with two little hearts dangling off them. All the girls at the moment seem to be wearing them. Whats with the sudden fad????? Who started it????

But I'd like a bit of clarification as I'm trying to pluck up the courage to ask a girl out but she's wearing one of these things so I've a nasty feeling shes with someone.

Do these things basically mean "I'm with someone dont hit on me??" or is there some deeper meaning to them????

I'm willing to bet that Argos started selling them cheap.

Easy way to find out if someone is going out with someone is just to ask. Or failing the direct approach (which I always espouse), drop the phrase "your boyfriend" into the conversation. Most people will respond with some kind of a clarification if it isn't so.

I have to say i agree with sceptre, if yoiu just drop the boyfriend word into the conversation you will find out what the story is, bear in mind to some girls that the heart locket is jewlery, cheap but never the less jewlery.

And some women, god love them, have to be dripping with the stuff.

I dont what to tell you to do in this situation but bear in mind, if they have a boyfriend and they do play around with you, regardless if you guys are having fun or exclusive then they may do the same to you as they did to the previous boyfriend.

I hope that makes sense, it did in my head.

When I was in France, lots of guys would ask you out, you'd tell them you had a boyfriend but they'd go "Who cares, he isn't here now!".

Could try that but it never worked on me for one!

Yeah, those necklaces are probably just going cheap, i've never noticed them where i live though.

I am female. Funny how ppl always judge your sex by your avatar - I just liked the cartoon when I wasa kid and nobody else seems to use it. Maybe one day I'll subscribe and get a better one.
