Does anyone know if Black Books is ever returning to our screens!? Or is it the end!? Dont know how a show with two of the most fantastic comedians, Dylan Moran and Bill Baily, could not continue. Fantastic television viewing!:D

I think Black Books is over. It ended with the episode where they all go on holidays.

They're in the process of filming series 3 (or about to start). We have tickets for one of the recording nights on Saturday 15th November :)

Well, that's good news! Know when it's going to be on the telly?

Nope, no idea but if they say anything at the recording I'll let you know.

Cheers, saw the episode last night where Manny can't go over 88 degrees because he has Dave syndrome and the walls of Frans flat are moving. Love the bit when Bernard orders Manny to get him his lolly, a frozen bottle of wine on a stick, which he then smashes on the wall behind him and starts licking!:)

Liked the bit when yer man is trying to get a refund on the book -
Bernard "hmm sand.. manny" (sprikles the sand on mannys tounge)
Manny " Sardinia , south - porto torres - the little beach by the monastry "

That programme isnt any good. Just coz Bill Bailey is on it. its not funny. Ever. I'd rather sit through the American Pie Trilogy back to back than stomach 5 minutes of that rubbish.

I think Dylan Moran is funnier than Bill Bailey tbh. Like Capt'n Midnight said, it's close in style and humour to Father Ted which I thought was one of the funniest comedies I've ever seen.

That's a bit harsh! I wouldn't wish the American Pie Trilogy on my worst enemy!
