download manager for .php?

    i have alot of fiiles i want to download
    so id like to use a download managr and get them all while i sleep but the problem is they arnt direct links they use php so the link looks like this
    www.****.com/download.php?nom_jeu=file.zip
    iv tried dap and getright they dont work is there any download manager i could use to get them or maybe there is a way to find the direct link for the file?

    If the site doesn't use persistent connections you're probably stuck (it's an optional feature - probably why they're using php in the first place)
