I signed up to get the IBB 'Breeze' package over three weeks ago and am still waiting for a line signal test. I have a couple of questions:

How long is the waiting period? They told me on the phone about 2-3 weeks....

Do IBB do a line test and installation in one go or is it seperate?

If I go for the 'Ripwave' product am I likely to get the connection any quicker and is it much slower than the Breeze product?

I've already emailed them a couple of times. I guess once more couldn't hurt though!

Have been waiting since before 24th September. Have called them twice, apparently there's a large number of ppl on the list for a LOS test.

Shall be placng another call in the morning.

    It is what it's.
