Viewing Card Shock

Hi all, I've got a little shock here today. Turned to my digibox after Lunch and all sub channels and all channels said "02 For Your Information - There is a problem with your viewing card Please ensure your viewing card is properly inserted Call the broadcster for assistance". I do use a FTV card but I haven't used it since Friday. Anyway I took the card out and (It was properly inserted) put it back in and all channels came back instantly. My worry is though, have I lost my Prem + season ticket? I suppose I'll have to wait until next week to find out. Any ideas?

Nah, I'd reckon your Prem+ will be OK if the others are OK. Maybe it was a software glitch or something. Maybe the card was incorrectly in the slot (not the full way in) or one of the contacts weren't making contact...

Of course not, that info will be sent to your card many times along with the regular updates-each time you see the green light flash on the fron of your box in fact.

Have been using a UK FFA card for the last 6 months or so (type 2 card, dark blue with yellow house). I lost ITV and CH4 about 1 month ago, but CH5 is still there. Is there any reason why this would have happened? How would I get them back.

Leave the card in the receiver overnight and all should be well in the morning.
