I have anytime for four months now and rang Esat Bt to cancel it and they said its a 12 month contract and theyll ring back and will only will cancell it under certain circumstances . Cant i just stop the direct debit from my bank account

But theyll send the bailiffs to ye for the outstanding amount left on your contract
