Ping test times out?

I re-installed my iolbb recently and since then its taking 1-2mins to load web pages and pin/traceert times out?Online games still work fine as does d/loading.I've tried spybot/adaware etc to no avail.I'm using ie6 but tried mozilla and same problem.Any idea's??
