    But the Disney deal, which gives the BBC exclusive UK terrestrial rights to more than 100 films from the end of 2004, suggests the corporation may have found a way of dealing with the studios' concerns about the digital satellite rights issue.

    Sounds like all of the blockbusters are only going to be shown on terrestrial, I reckon. It'll be repeats of Fame Academy for us satellite viewers.:rolleyes:

    The BBC arn't paying extra, nor re-encrypting, nor putting blank screens.


    All along the only problem has been in the mind of "Little Englanders" and the Guardian.

    I'm sure blacking out of some Scottish sport on satellite is a temporary issue.

    dmc they might not have blank screens but they wont i imagine have the films on satelitte probalby repeats of willy wonka and the chocolate factory
