    Tax and Basic insurance costs very little in OZ
    It is called Reggo it includes the tax and 3rd party personnel insurance.
    You could go and buy a second-hand Ute with some reggo left on it. (same as u may buy a car here with tax on it) and drive it legally ie If you have a valid Licence
    I used to own a 4.1L V6 Ford Falcon over there, Reggo cost about €300-400 for the year
