    Dear XXXXXX

Further to my email below, it has now been agreed that if the porting
prepaid customer can prove a spend level of EUR60 inclusive of VAT for one
month in the last 3 they can avail of the Free Buddy offer as long as they
    are taking an O2 contract.

The prepaid customer can ask their operator's Customer Services to provide
them with this proof of spend. It must be on headed paper from either
Vodafone or Meteor. Standard credit checking must be passed for the
prospective customer to qualify for an O2 contract.

    Kind regards
    XXXXXXXX

    Dear XXXXXX

Thank you for your email which was passed to us from the O2 Internet Support
Department. I regret to confirm that this offer does not apply to customers
    porting from Vodafone's prepaid service.

Should you have further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind regards

    Hi,

I'm just enquiring if you can avail of the free friends for life, if the
person you are bring to O2 has been a Vodafone Ready to Go Member???

I would appreciate if you could get back to me on this.

    XXXXXXX

As you can see o2 have changed their mind about prepay customers from other operators qualifying for the buddy option when they port to o2 as a bill pay customer.
