Patrick Kielty is such a d*ckhead

I've managed to catch a lot of that Fame Academy programme (the GF watches it all the time), and I just feel the need to express my opinion of what a f*cking retard Patrick Kielty is.

Anytime one of the judges says anything bad (usually the old guy - Richard?), Patrick contradicts him in order to be a total lick-ass and crowd favourite. He's getting paid to PRESENT the show (which he does badly) - not to contradict the judges who are there to give their opinion.

He makes such dumb statements like "Well the audience liked it". Of course the audience liked it - it's all family and friends.

The most annoying part is that the only judge who seems to have a clue about music seems to be yer man Richard, who gets booed for being honest - same as Simon Cowell.

Kielty really bugs the hell out of me. He's such a pale rat-faced little lick arse, and a crap comedian.

I totally agree! He's a horrendous presenter, and I don't know how on earth he ever got on the BBC. Richard Park is right (except when he disses Alistair...he's great hehe), most of those singers are bloody awful, especially James, how that guy lasted as long as he did i'll never know.

Park made some remark to Kielty last night and Kielty said 'This isn't presenter academy, you're not judging me!' and Park said back 'Well it's a good thing we're not, you'd have been the first one out!'. SO TRUE.

I compare PK to one of those dolls with the string you pull and it says a phrase?
"GIVE IT UP NOW!" "PUT YOUR HANDS TOGETHER FOR..." and "Hey missus! Mwah!".

Of course, his pinnacle of cringeworth presenting was at the special olympics. I found his 'work' there highly embarrasing for the country.

And I have to say, why the hell is Cat Deeley even *on* that show? She's on screen for about ten seconds, she is also not the best presenter in the world but guys like her, and she has a bit of charisma about her.

The patrick vs richard thing is clearly a rehearsed schtick to get people talking about it (like simon cowell being nasty).

I have to disagree with everyone and say Kielty is a great presenter. He did a good job on the special olympics and i think his chat show is pretty good, a damn sight better than kenny anyway.

As to the show, WHY do people think that screaming guy has talent? He has charisma and a great stage 'style', unfortunatly he cant sing a note, Hell probably win tho

Kielty is a terrible presenter - and he was an embarrasment at the Special Olympics. Just because he's better than Kenny doesn't make him good; Kenny is a total f*ckwit. Kielty has no talent, and how he ever got on TV is beyond me.

Patrick Kielty *used* to be very funny. Back a few years ago when he was starting off, his Norn'Iron only chatshop "PK Tonight" was always quite funny. He used to take the mick out of the political situation in the North no end.

Alas, somewhere along the line he became a worthy successor to Matthew Kelly.

I have a great video of one of his stand up shows from a few years ago. I never get sick of watching it, it's the most hilarious thing I've ever seen.
