im running pro tools in an mac o/s version 8.6. and when done recording i wanted to put the audio files on my windows machine and mix them using sonar 2 , my prob is, the hard drive on the mac is a 50 pin scsi, is there a converter that i can use to be able to look at these files on the windows machine and also will the…

Why don't you network the two machines together? Even if you can't get windows or mac file-sharing working, you should at least be able to FTP the files from the mac to the PC..
