Ive been doing weights at home for a month now and Ive gotten to point where i cant lift the weight needed to do squats over my head anymore. So the question is can you get a squat rack anywhere in ireland?

If you can't find one to buy, how about looking for a good welder/craftsman to help you make one?

I've been considering asking my father to help me make one.
