MAME Problems

    Yeah My biggest problem is I cant get the thing to work! I have the MAME folder and in it there are 4 folders and 4 applications only one of these brings up the dos thing and I types in "mame (name of rom) but I'm not sure ehat to press then, enter doesn't work. Maby its the rom thats busted but the last one took so long to download that I don't reall want to try again if it's not going to work. Ah well, if anyone's not to busy to givev me step by step instructions I would greatly appreciate it.

    Download Mame32 it has a nice gui.

    Place roms in roms folder and the rest should run ok.

    why do i have to specify the rom directory every time i use MAME is there any way of it remembering where they are. i have them in C:\unzipped\mame32v73b (MAME32 v.73)\roms

    Thats strange it should. Its a long shot but your clicking on insert to find your rom directorys yeah?
