what encapsulation does eircom use?

i bought D-Link 604+ and i can't connect to internet i get "PPPoE server not found" so i wanted to make sure that eircom uses PPPoE anyone owns 604+ or 504 and is connected to eircom?

As far as I know they use PPPoE. Give support a ring and they should be able to sort you out with any settings that may be incorrect.
