Two weeks ago for instance, I went to support a guy that Outlook express was not working, kept crashing. I was trying to troubleshoot the problem and the system itself then started crashing.. GRRrr. Finally had to do a clean install and upgrade the system to 9.1 but the bloody system could not take the newer OS and was dog slow. So after much trouble (2days) I got my hands on a 8.6 cd and downgraded the system, only then for the harddrive to go bust and die on me right infront of the guy... So I told the guy to start using the spare G4 instead as it was faster and more upto date, only for that G4 to start hanging when it got to the desktop.... AHHHHHHHHHHH

all this on the MD's Mac's :mad:

Ando you should move to OS X as I was of the same opinion until then now I am convinced, using since public beta and no problems to date
