The client wanted a simple site to show what he is selling. We did up a real nice site, but the client asked us to make it even more simple .ie remove some of our desing work.

No point in commenting about that site, the site says it all, but you’re long enough around so I‘m sure you knew that.

What’s wrong is the physiology behind the clients thinking which is wrong. I’ll assume that your client has these six apartments to sell so the site is set up to assist in that and then it’s over.

First, if he’s trying to sell these appts the site will have to consider that he’s not asking punters to part with 15 bucks for a CD, he’s asking for someone to probably part with their life savings, therefore the site can be simple but must look professional and contain detailed info on the following;

Target market:
Is this place a quiet resort suitable for family and kids or is like San Antonio

Apartment:
There are no pictures of the inside of the appt or views for the balcony, there should also be a floor plan.

Price:
Include the price on the table, if not, at least say prices start from €******

Things to do or near by:
The link taking you to another site about TORREVIEJA, you could probably copy and paste some stuff for there, also how far is it from the airport?.

In order to make the site simpler you’ll have to complicate it up a bit. “The customer is always right” however, sometimes they have to be told what right is.
