Yeah, there are a bunch of guys who do mobile services. I used one of them recently and threw out the card... They're in the Golden Pages, though. Probably under Air Conditioning.

Was quoted €160 (or it may even have been IR£) for a refill from one of those mobile guys, shop around if you find many of them.
