    CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOT TO REMOVE OUTLOOK EXPRESS 6.0 FROM XP.

    I WANT TO REMOVE IT FULLY AND RELOAD IT AGAIN.

    I TRIED IN ADD/REMOVE SOFTWARE BUT CUD NOT FOUND OUTLOOK EXPRESS ICON

    I HAVE ONLY BEEN GIVEN A CD WITH PC AND IT HAS SOME WORKSUITE PROGRAM ON IT...

    Click Start, Run and enter %SystemRoot%\Inf. Locate the MSOE50.INF file. Right click it and select Install.

    You should get that problem with your caps lock key sorted out before you do anything else.
