http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/internationals/3099322.stmThere are 11 more places for next summer's Euro 2004 finals at stake going into the final round of games on 11 October.
Holders France have already made sure they will defend their title by winning Group One with a game to spare.

The Czech Republic, Sweden and Bulgaria are also through as group winners, while Portugal qualify as hosts.

The remaining six group winners will qualify automatically, with the 10 group runners-up going into a play-off.

Uefa will decide next week whether teams will be seeded for the five play-off matches, which will be decided over home and away legs on 15/16 and 18/19 November.

In Group One, Slovenia have already sealed a play-off place behind winners France.

Group Two is the most open, with Romania, Denmark, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Norway still in the shake-up for the top two places.

Holland have been condemned to the play-offs after losing 3-1 to the Czech Republic in Group Three.

    WHO GOES THROUGH?
    Definitely in
Portugal, France, Sweden, Czech Republic, Bulgaria
    Play-offs
    Slovenia and Holland
    To be decided
    Group 2:
    Romania/Denmark/Bosnia-Herzegovina/Norway
    Group 4 runner-up:
    Hungary/Poland/Latvia
    Group 5:
    Germany/Iceland/Scotland
    Group 6 top two:
    Greece/Spain
    Group 7 top two:
    England/Turkey
    Group 8 runner-up:
    Croatia or Belgium
    Group 9 top two:
    Italy/Wales
    Group 10:
    Switzerland/Russia/Republic of Ireland

Hungary, Poland and Latvia are vying for the play-off place in Group Four, which was won by Sweden.

Germany need only a draw at home to second-placed Iceland to win Group Five. Scotland will snatch a play-off place if they beat Lithuania and Iceland fail to beat Germany.

Greece and Spain are fighting for top spot in Group Six. Greece will win the group with victory at home to bottom side Northern Ireland.

Spain, who travel to Armenia, can only avoid the play-offs if they better Greece's result.

The outcome of Group Seven will be decided by the crunch game between Turkey and England, who are both guaranteed at least a play-off place.

A draw in Istanbul would send England to Portugal as group winners, while Turkey must win to avoid the play-offs.

Croatia and Belgium are fighting for second place in Group Eight behind winners Bulgaria.

Croatia face Bulgaria needing to match Belgium's result at home to Estonia to reach the play-offs.

Italy will win Group Nine if they avoid a slip-up at home to bottom side Azerbaijan. Wales are guaranteed a play-off place but could still win the group if they beat Serbia and Montenegro and Italy fail to win.

Switzerland, Russia and the Republic of Ireland are battling for the top two places in Group Ten.

Switzerland will top the group if they win at home to the Republic, but could miss out altogether if they lose.
