Tony, to turn the popups on,

Go into your User cp.

Click on edit options

& select yes where it says "Pop up a box when you receive a Private Message?"

I would suggest going for a Commercial Interaction forum a la Komplett. Vexorg can supply you with details.

I think tony, what he is suggesting is that you start a Ireland satelite ie forum of it's own in the commercial interaction section
This already as you can see has it's own drop down section at the top of this page, containing forua like komplett and Elara and more recently Black night solutions .

The idea being that you could promote your site on it's own board and give all the feedback on products that your company sells.
You would afaik pay a fee to Boards.ie Ltd for that Board.

You could link to that board in your signiture when answering technical questions here for instance.
