i need to capture a PP presentation, it has some video files as part of it.

I need to export it onto a disk, beit SVCD or DVD for use in a portable DVD player for portability.

    anyone tried this?

If you're wanting to make the whole thing one video file/disc it's piss easy - you call export all the still frames in PP to bitmaps labeled in sequence. Just drop these into premiere or similar, drag them into the timeline and stretch them to requred length, stick your videos in and export..
