Hey man, i got them done, its called lobe stretching. Basically you get your ear pierced at around 3.2 mm and they can use a taper to stretch it to around 5 mm and put in a flesh tunnel. Every 2 months or so you can get it stretched bigger if you like. As long as you keep it under 8mm the hole will shrink and look like a regular ear piercing. Anything over 8mm and you run a risk of the hole never fully closing (there are methods, but none are really pleasant). Another way of doing this is dermal puching, which basically punches a large circular hole into your ear, but this does remove a large chunk of flesh, as opposed to stretching it. To get 2 ears pierced and stretched to 5mm with tunnels will cost you between 70-80 euros, dependin if you are a student or not. :ninja:

You can get your ears pierced and stretched at the same time, but only to around 5mm. If you wanna make sure it will close dont go above 8mm, allthough some people can take it a lot furthur and it will still heal properly. Ive attached an image of my ears at 5mm, so you can see how big it is. Sorry about the quality, had to use a webcam since i've no batteries left for my digital camera.
