    I got in touch with Netsource about the possibility of upgrading from SOHO to SME. They have the audacity to charge me the full €200 "installation" fee!! Even to insist on an engineer coming out. To do what I don't know, probably just scratch his arse! :confused:

    Anyway, I want to get in touch with IOL about getting an order form, but for some strange reason I can't reach the www.iol.ie site. Funilly enough, I can't get the eircom or esat websites either. A paranoid person would think I was being blocked by netsource.

    So, can a kind person find for me their sales email address?

    Netsource just resell eircom's packages. Eircom won't allow self-install for the ADSL packages, it's gotta be the engineer install.
