bass player wanted

    We need a bass player to complete a 4piece outfit, rehearsing in studio each week, have our own music. Power rock music with some twists and turns, if you can play and want to join an original band that have some interesting music that can showcase your abilities, give me a bell or drop me a mail.
    We need a basist male or female, not worried too much about experience, flare and imagination is what were looking for.

    Hi Doc,
    ..well at the moment we do't have any, although coincidentally Johnny (guitarist) and I did discuss this the other day. Our music?..well, it's power Rock we like to use plenty of volume/power, but with craft also, were not just out to blow peoples ears off!. What we've tried to do is make most songs different to each other and it seems to be going well so far. There are elements of Zep, Rush,Audioslave in there, although we've tried NOT to copy anyone.
    Our singer was away the last 2 weeks or so on holidays and weve just carried on doing them till she gets back. We really don't mind about a basist's experience, we'd rather someone with flare and immagination who's not afraid to show off their ability. My drumming is not held back in anyway, and Johnny and Laura like it that way, so perhaps a bassist can have some fun with riffs and funky style interesting rythms, rather than the usual "keep it simple man!!" bull that goes on.

    have a think and drop me an answer and I can hook you up with Johny to discuss it, he used to play bass and can go thru it even more with you and he's a PC wizz and can sort out MP3's if you want.
