Saturdays Mob in Dublin

So I got an email on Friday telling me to be near a PC on sat at 11.30 to get instructions on where to be for todays Mob. I was near to my PC but I was out cold asleep and only woke up now. And just got my instructions to be in town 1 hour ago, oh well.

one:Jan, Feb and March === Ask a person with a funny hat at the Molly
Malone statue at 12.45
How you will identify them is by saying "nice to see you" and the
reply will be "to see you nice"


two:April, May and June===== Ask a person with a red and white
umbrella at 12.45 at the Dublin Tourist Office on Andrew's Street (
across from the post office) How you will identify them is by
saying "The rain in Spain " and the reply will be "falls mainly on
the plain"

three:July, August and Sept====== Ask a person with a multi coloured
scarf at 12.40 at the the golden globe outside the Central Bank. How
you will identify the person is you will ask them "Animal is the best
muppet" and the reply will be "in the whole of the muppet show"

four:October, November and December====== Ask a person funny face
mask or funny wig at the the fountain at Stephens Green shopping
centre at 12.45. How you will identify the person is by saying "its
takes two to tango " and the reply will be " but it takes three to
make a triangle"

So what did it do this time?
