Was getting really pissed of this morning reading more and more about Netfarce, since i have just joined Netfarce all this is just like a bad joke.

But looking at their page i noticed they actually do have a joke section, so here you go, Copy and Paste from Netfarce about us:

We will listen to you carefully, politely, and at all times remember that it is you, the customer, whose needs we are fulfilling.

It just amazes me how they can say that and still justify there service. Btw netsource is really running bad for me this morning, getting these stupid timeouts which is making surfing the web a real bitch  :(

It's kinda like how Esat lie to customers about their terms of service, how they change policy to suits their needs.

What about Esat and the definition of "transfer" versus download?, 5GB download cap it say's in the CONtract...but that's all change now.

Now it's "data transfer"...up or down, then we have other claims of "upto 512kbps" and "ten times faster then 56k modem".

All buzzwords and spin for you to sign up - only a reality when nobody else is using your DSL line, real world usage is different...now Netsource people are encountering the same thing and how companies change policy at the drop of a hat.

But of course when i bitched about Esat folks jumped on me...but it's cool for folks to jump on Netsource now. Double standards i guess...no different then to how broadband companies treat customers.

    Peace.

You can if upto 8 people are on the DSL line at once, after that it all goes down from there. 2 mbits lines @ 512kpbs = 8 people.

Devide that by 48 and then you see speeds drop like a stone, it wouldn't surprise me if €ircom and €sat start to kick people off for "abuse of service" like they did to over 5.000 people on the No Limits service.

I wasn't one of them as i was in the bottom 10% of downloaders and users. I'm not heavy user at all...but when i am online i wanna be able to use the service and not have it freeze constantly.
