    is there a way of taking VAT of something that i buy? do i have to own a company or something? how does it happen?

    You simply need to register for VAT and make returns every two months. You will also need to charge your clients VAT.

    where to register for vat? wha? what returns every two month?

    and what vat clients? i have no clients i have no company

    Only businesses and certain exempt groups (some charities) don't have to pay VAT (rather they get rebates). Everyone else has to pay VAT.
