Guitarist seeks Band/Musicians

I'm looking to start a 4 piece band with myself on guitar and a bassist, singer and drummer.

I'd like to play music that's sort of 'challenging' to listen to...stuff along the lines of: Tool, Faith No More, Dillinger Escape Plan, Queens of the Stone Age.

So if there's a drummer/singer/bassist interested and who is pref. between the ages of 18-24 and has been playing a minimum of 5 years e-mail me at:

And why at least 5 years? Surely you'd be better off asking for people who know how to play, no?

Well, if you looked more closely at my post you would have seen that I said "I'd want to practice in the Dublin area".

And I was looking for people who are playing over 5 years because I want musicians that have good technical ability. Of course, if anyone feels that they are GOOD at their instrument and aren't playing as long as that be my guest to reply to me.

There is alot of chancers on these boards I've found out , and you should make it clear that you want musicians to complement your ability.

And I'm looking for people who have been PLAYING their instruments for 5 years or more....not people who have OWNED their instuments for 5 or more years. Sometimes people get confused on the difference between the two

I doubt I'll find anyone on the net but luckily enough I'll be in DCU soon and I'm sure I'll find 1 or 2 musicians in those couple of thousand people attending the college.


Anyway...enough of that.
